At Airesci, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you purchase, and we stand by the quality of our curated collection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We carefully inspect all items, but in the unlikely event that your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon reception. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so that we can evaluate it and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • For hygiene reasons, intimate items such as earrings cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to initiate a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the new item separately. This ensures you get your new piece as quickly as possible without waiting for the return processing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
