Shipping & Tracking

 

How long will my order take to arrive? Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 8 to 15 business days in total. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email to track its journey to you.

How can I track my order? As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You can also visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website at any time to check on your package's status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

What are your shipping rates? We offer a flat-rate shipping cost of $4.28 for all domestic orders. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $65, which will be automatically applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we are exclusively shipping within the United States. We hope to expand to other countries in the future!


 

Orders & Returns

 

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely in love with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@airesci.co. Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@airesci.co. Please include your order number and a photo of the item in question, and we will work with you to make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any changes once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team.

How do I find the right size? Each product page features a detailed size chart with specific measurements. We highly recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own to ensure the best fit. If you're between sizes or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us for a recommendation!

How should I care for my Airesci jewelry? To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or exercising. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals. When you're not wearing your pieces, store them in a cool, dry place, like a jewelry box or the pouch they arrived in.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my transaction secure? Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. All transactions are securely processed, and your payment information is encrypted to ensure your personal details are kept safe.
